Since the Bureau regularly solves similar problems together with clients, the team decided to create its own system with blackjack and gingerbread, inspired by the wanderonomy project
We've combined Joseph Campbell's monomyth known as the Hero's Journey with CJM principles to create a flexible EX system that includes an element base and service design system that speeds up the design process and empowers operators.

But under your strict guidance, the traveler will create with his own hands a souvenir based on local cultural traditions.

In order not to take up space in your luggage, you offer to send the craft by delivery service to him or his friends as a gift along with an invitation to visit your location.

Each card has a “Profit” and a “Price”. Depending on the combination of cards and stickers, the team creates a unique set of services and solutions that increase profits.


The goal of the participants is to build a sustainable ecosystem.

BASIC RULES

One team consists of 5 people. Each participant is assigned one of the following roles:

Productologist, Marketer, Administrator, Technologist and Environmental Commissioner


During the game the teams

  1. create their own sets of services
  2. integrate them with the resources of external partners
  3. consider the economic benefits and draw up the project
  4. present the project to other teams and find points of possible collaboration
  5. “super-teams” who have jointly found ways to benefit from the use of environmental solutions come to the final presentation

The winning project is selected based on the number of points + team voting results

This group of cards for the tourist version of the game is responsible for functions related to artifacts and services that prolong contact with the client after the direct service (tour, accommodation, excursion, purchase) has already been provided.
